FAQ
Is the food strictly Halal?
Yes. We have a strict policy. For all meat dishes (Beef, Chicken, Lamb), we only use restaurants that use Halal-certified meat. For seafood or vegetarian meals, we ensure no mirin (alcohol) or animal-based additives are used.
Is alcohol served in the restaurants we visit?
In Japan, many restaurants serve alcohol to other customers. However, we prioritize “Muslim-owned” or “Halal-Certified” establishments where possible. If we visit a “Muslim-friendly” Japanese restaurant, we ensure our group is seated away from alcohol, and no alcohol is used in your food preparation.
Are there Masjids in every city?
Major cities like Tokyo, Osaka, Kyoto, and Nagoya have beautiful Masjids. In remote areas (like Mt. Fuji or Shirakawa-go), Masjids are a bit far. In these cases, we bring our own prayer mats and stop at designated quiet spots or nature areas where you can pray comfortably.
Is Japan suitable for children/families?
Absolutely. Japan is one of the safest countries in the world. It is clean, stroller-friendly, and has excellent facilities for babies. Our private tours are highly recommended for families so we can adjust the pace for your little ones.
What is the best time to visit Japan?
Cherry Blossoms (Sakura): Late March to Early April (Most popular, higher prices).
Autumn Leaves: November (Beautiful weather, stunning colors).
Winter: January to February (Best for snow and Mt. Fuji visibility).
Summer: July-August (Hot and humid, but great for festivals/fireworks).
Will we only eat Middle Eastern or Indian food?
Not at all! One of our main goals is to let you experience authentic Japanese cuisine. We take you to specialized places serving Halal Ramen, Halal Wagyu Beef (Yakiniku), Halal Tempura, and Halal Sushi. You will experience the real taste of Japan.
How do we manage prayer times during the tour?
We build the itinerary around prayer times, not the other way around. We schedule stops at Masjids (Mosques) for Dhuhr and Asr whenever possible. If we are in a rural area, we arrange private prayer spaces or stop at facilities with dedicated prayer rooms.
Do you include international flights?
Our packages typically cover land arrangements only (Hotels, Transport, Meals, Guides). This allows you the flexibility to book your preferred airline and use your miles. However, we can assist with flight recommendations if needed. Just Contact Us.
Can we customize the "Speciality Tours"?
The Speciality Tours (like Golden Route) have fixed itineraries to keep costs lower for the group. If you want to change hotels or visit different cities, we recommend booking a Private Tour, where we can build the schedule 100% around your wishes.
Do your guides speak English?
Yes, all our guides are fluent in English. We also have guides who speak Malay, Indonesian Bahasa, and Arabic upon request (subject to availability).
